Comments: Dr. Nayfeh was my knee replacement surgeon in Baltimore, MD. When he told me that he was relocating to Potomac, MD, I told him that I would follow him anywhere. My outpatient hip replacement surgery took place at Holy Cross Hospital. I was his first patient of the day and I was home by 3:30 pm that very same day. Further, I did not require outpatient physical therapy but I had exercises to do at home. The hip replacement prosthesis was custom-made to my body. He is an amazing surgeon. However, not everyone experiences a recovery like me. I was driving my 6-Speed manual transmission SUV within days of both surgeries. For the knee replacement, I drove myself to all of my outpatient physical therapy appointments.
